My mom has made four runs of jelly and I'm making two runs of wine from the same three gallons of scuppernogs. We already have another three gallons prepped for another batch, and still have loads on the vines yet to harvest.
Once I filter the sediments, I'll also have starter for bread as well as a possible run of muscadine vinegar.
I'm hoping to recreate the wine I made in 2015, but I'm going to need a lot of powdered sugar.
Who else has made their own booze???
